About SHR - Student Housing in Rome

Student Housing in Rome specializes in study abroad housing in the beautiful and historic city of Rome, Italy. With over twenty years of experience, our goal is to complement the academic mission of the University by providing and supporting housing for their students in a culturally immersive, and welcoming environment. It is not an easy transition for students as they adjust to calling a foreign country “home,” but with the help of SHR, we promise to help make this process effortless, encouraging, and most importantly supportive. We understand that housing contributes greatly to the overall quality of the study abroad experience, and we are here to help students broaden their knowledge and perception of the world around them.

Amenities & Services for Apartments in Rome

Cleaning Service

We offer daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning service options for all of our apartments. We believe that by providing this, we make it possible for students to spend that spared time exploring the city, and making Rome a home.

24H Support System

Our support system is available for students to get in immediate contact with us at anytime. Included is our Ticket System - an individualized portal to submit requests, comments, and concerns particular to students’ apartment

Amenities

Our fully furnished apartments all include a lounge space, Wi-Fi, bathroom(s), kitchen, linens, television, washing machine, landline telephone for calls within Italy, and fans

Safety

All of our insured apartments come equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, CO2 detectors, and first-aid kits. Your students are our responsibility and their safety while in a foreign country is our priority

Someone was waiting at my apartment door to help me move in before I even got here on move-in day, and from there on out I knew I’d have no problem getting help and support when I needed it. Being so far away from home, it’s comforting to go back to an apartment at the end of my days here that’s truly become a home away from home thanks to SHR
